Roland Boss GR-3 Reviews 5

I bought this in NY at Sam Ash for $399, I had been trying out different effects processors and this was my favorite...

It sounded awesome even on the presets, lots of different modeled ampos and different effects... Once I started using the user channels to make my own sound it was so easy... Now my tone is awesome, this piece of equipment is awesome...

The only drawback to this processor is maybe that it could have benifited from one extra pedal, this would make it a little easier to switch between sounds...

This unit is so heavy duty that I no longer even worry about breaking it, it has survived falls, crushing blows, and beer, blood and sweat crashing into it... I can say enough about how durable it is...

If you are looking for a total pedal based processor this is it, tonally it is way beyond any of the other processors I tested before buying this one... The preamp lets you tweak your tone to perfection and the amp models give you total control over your sound... From screaching distortions to full reverbs and delays this has it all...
